The 2023 Rosé shows bright aromatics of wild strawberry, Turkish delight, and a touch of amaro. On the palate, it presents a more restrained character with lovely texture and phenolics. Great length of flavor and intensity. A refreshing summer wine, perfect for any occasion!

Blend: Syrah, Grenache, Malbec, Carignan, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre

Sourced from higher-yielding blocks across the Barossa used for my other wines, the fruit is picked early specifically for this Rosé to maintain freshness. Most varieties are fermented separately and pressed immediately into a combination of stainless steel and larger format oak, including a 100-year-old oak Foudre (1600L). The wine ages until August 2024, when it's racked off lees and allowed to settle in stainless steel tanks before a small sulfur addition at bottling.
